This documentary delves into the art of make-up effects with industry legends Dick Smith, Rob Bottin, Tom Savini, John Landis, Frank Darabont, Joe Dante and many others with a strong focus on Greg Nicotero and Howard Berger of KNB Make-Up EFX.
What more can you say about this, it has all the genre greats and goes beyond just horror in the history of theatrical EFX. We get to hear stories from some of the greatest minds behind some of our favorite films, a great deal on the history on effects make up, prosthetics, CG, and even some animatronics. A must see for any fan of movies in general, or especially if you love that special magic that drives film.
Exellent production and editing, I reccomend this to anyone who has any interest in EFX and behind the scenes. Great interviews, and packaged nicely, This doc is getting great marks from me, 9/10.
