Many of you should be familiar with Winston Blakely, from the cover artwork he has designed for AEA zine since issue #5 when Faustina Karpathia’s first likeness was created and from his interviews published. Many others should be familiar with him for his extensive graphic novel work, including the Little Miss Strange series featuring the alien sorceress Scorpia (Faustina is going to make an appearance in the upcoming Little Miss Strange graphic novel), in addition to a host of other projects he has worked on since he founded his own company and official website, Blakelyworks. One of his most ambitious projects released in 2010, Immortal Fantasy is a collection of tales centering on adventure, science fiction, horror and comedy. Each devised with unique characters, they come alive transporting you to strange worlds only Blakely devises with the help of collaborators Robert E. Fennell and Luis Sierra.
