Jason Goes To Hell (1993)
Review by Jeff Hudson

Directed by: Adam Marcus

Starring:
John D. LeMay/Steven
Kari Keegan/Jessica
Steven Williams/Creighton Duke
Kane Hodder/Jason

Plot:
Jason Voorhees is back for one fierce, final fling. Tracked down and blown to bits by a special FBI task force, everyone now assumes that he's finally dead. But everyone assumes wrong. Jason has been reborn with the ability to assume the identity of anyone he touches. The terrifying truth is he could be anywhere. Or anybody. In this finale to Jason's carnage of terror, the horrible secret of his unstoppable killing instinct is finally revealed.

Acting:
The acting in this flick is pretty shitty, we don’t get a good cast of teens at all, John D. LeMay(Steven) plays the nerd lead role, that tries to be a tough guy at times, but fails, Kari Keegan(Jessica) didn’t do a good job as the lead woman and I thought made the flick a little more boring, the one good standout is Steven Williams(Creighton Duke) this dude kicked ass and she use this character in another film of his own.

Gore:
We get some good stuff here, we get some gunshots, explosions, a heart eaten, off screen stuff, a girl sliced up, someone ripped in half(one of the best kills of the series), head smashed, girl stabbed in the back, fire poker to the back, guy ran over, arm busted, head deep fried, a mouth punched in, a pole to the stomach, stabbing, a slit throat, and a back broke.

T & A:
We get 3 pairs here.

Directing:
Adam did a ok job with the look of the flick, and there are some ok shots, but it doesn’t have that lower budget feel to it, looks almost to nice.

Soundtrack:
The score was pretty good, like the others.

Final thoughts:
This is the review for the unrated version, and if don’t get to it you miss out on one badass scene of a girl ripped in two. The cast was pretty weak and didn’t offer a lot there, and the plot was real fucking stupid and just ruined everything for me. The only good thing here was some sweet ass death scenes, oh and the end was awesome when I was a kid. I give it a 6/10.
