Mask Maker was a nice surprise, it followed the basic slasher formula, it had iconic imagry reminiscent of Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Friday the 13th. The acting and casting were a bit refreshing, you still have a younger cast but this is a fun group, great writing and beleivable scenarios.
All in all I think the entire story was entertaining and kept me involved. I do reccomend this to anyone who is a slasher fan. Even in it's worst moments (which really aren't bad) it keeps to formula and doesn't insult the watcher by dumming down the action or the acting, it also carries some of the best one-liners that actually fit the situation and are delivered naturally.
Mystery, blood & guts, pacing and a cool story that still retains some of the mystique of the monster, yeah, watch this...9/10
