Serial Killer (2004)
Review by Bindi Lavelle

Whiny teen angst tries to dress itself up as something a little darker in this average thriller.
Attention starved Casey decides he wants to be serial killer so he can get goth girls. Casey teams up with fellow loner Sarah and begins researching serial killer, all the while a real serial killer stalks the town.
This wouldn't have been so bad if the main character was more than an annoying exhibitionist in a black t-shirt (the black t-shirt is supposed to be alternative) and if the attempts at black humour were actually funny then this film could have been something beyond late night filler.
The stand out feature of this film is Corey Feldman as a hardware store clerk who is a few sandwiches shirt of a picnic.
Serial Killer is not worth the effort, the script and film-making quality are of the standard of a half-arsed high school assignment.1.5/10.
